All-Purpose Letters is a program that offers 211 categorized letter models. These include inquiries and requests, government and political action, complaint, sales, congratulation, and invitation letters, among other categories. In addition, the program allows you to save your own customized letters for further use. It includes a basic text viewer for you to preview any letter model.
Even though the program's user interface looks easy enough for anybody to use it, its visual design is too basic and very little attractive. In addition, the program only allows you to preview the letters, but in order to edit them you will need to have a text editor – such as Microsoft Word – installed on your PC. The program shows two panels, one for the available categories and another for the letters that fall within each category.
Once you find the letter you want to work on, you can very easily preview it and open it – using your text editor – without leaving All-Purpose Letters. Then you can make all the necessary changes and, of course, print it. You can also save the file, and it will automatically be added to your customized letters collection.
In short, All-Purpose Letters is an application that may be of help to anyone needing to write error-free formal letters in an easy way. However, the program's visual design could be easily improved and a basic text editor could also be added to the program.
